• 5:00 - 7:00pm ~ Reception, Sonoran Rooftop Patio:

• 7:00 - 8:30pm ~ Plated Dining, Sonoran Ballroom (See Menu Below)

• 7:30pm ~ Welcome Address, Your Senior Class President-Jim Bouley

• 7:45pm ~ Slideshow (No hankies provided for the verklempt prone)

• 8:30 - 11:30pm ~ Music and Dancing - Shake your groove thing!

• 11:30 - 12:00pm ~ Fond Farewells (Or party planning into the wee hours)

Plated Dinner with no host cocktails

Grilled Garlic & Herb Flat Iron Steak with a Peppercorn Brandy Sauce, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Chef’s Seasonal Vegetables

Pan Seared Fillet of Salmon, Lemon Beurre Blanc, Fresh Herb Couscous, Chef’s Selection of Fresh Seasonal Vegetables

Grilled Vegetable Napolean (Fresh Vegetables Char Grilled) Presented on a bed of Roasted Red Pepper Coulis, Fresh Herb Couscous

Meslun of Field Lettuce, Tossed with Feta Cheese, Roasted Peppers,
