Obituary
8/16/1956 - 5/26/1998
Charles W. Saunders, Billings resident for the last 10 years and
employee to Weissman's passed away May 26, 1998. He is survived by
his son, Samuel W. Saunders of Tampa, Fla.; parents, Herschel and
Gertrude Saunders of Prescott, Ariz.; sister, Wilda Saunders Postel and
brother, Wendell Saunders; as well as members of the Gillepspie and
Edwards families of Tucson, Ariz.
Charles loved music, books and all sports, especially basketball,
softball and baseball.
A memorial service will be held at Riverfront Park near Ramada 9 at
7pm on Monday, June 15. Those in attendance are asked to bring
their own chairs.
The family greatly appreciates the concern and visits of his friends
during the month Charles was hospitalized. In Charles' name,
contributions may be made to Randy Petersen for Billings Little League
organization or to the I.C.U. Waiting Room Fund campaign at St.
Vincent's Hospital.
