Surfing accident fatal
Sabra Palmer, 24, of Manoa, died yesterday after a surfing accident
at Kuhio Beach, police said.
Police said Palmer was surfing with a friend abut 5:30 p.m. when
she apparently fell and was hit in the face with her surf board.
Swimmers helped pull her to the beach, where a lifeguard tried to revive
her.
