Obituary of Molly Tylutki
Molly Tylutki passed on August 22, 2022, in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona surrounded by her loved ones. This woman/wife/mother of faith succumbed to her battle with breast cancer after 23 years of fighting, at the age of 66.

Molly was born on July 11, 1956; the third child of Rudolpho and Helen Gauna s four daughters and two sons. She graduated from Catalina High School in 1974 and then attended the University of Arizona, graduating with honors in 1978. Directly out of college, she began work at Tucson s Pio Decimo Center, spending over four decades assisting the community. She specialized in childcare and early education, supporting those from low-income situations. As the Program Director at Pio Decimo, she dedicated herself to helping kids start school with confidence and making sure they were ready to learn and succeed. She loved her calling and would always say it was her purpose to help as many children and families as she possibly could.

When not helping the community, family was her pride and joy. She married her high school sweetheart, Joseph Tylutki, in September of 1979 at St. Francis Cabrini Church. In their 42 years of marriage, Molly and Joe started a family, adopting their son and daughter as infants and raising them in Tucson. Molly is survived by her husband and their children Joey and Jaclyn; her mother Helen Gauna; her siblings and their spouses Michael Gauna (Jean Marie Gauna) of Washington, PA; Clara Gauna (Don Amos), Rudy Gauna (Kathy Gauna), Terry Larribas (Gilbert Larribas), Juanita Skidmore (Jeff Skidmore), all residing in Tucson, AZ. Molly is preceded by her father, Rudolpho Gauna.

Molly s life has been an example of unselfish living, always giving back to the community and her family. She will be thought of for her care, strength, humor, and above all her love. Love that will be cherished and appreciated by those who had the honor of knowing her.

We will forever remember you, Molly Tylutki; you will be missed. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Molly Tylutki, please visit Tribute Store
